At the beginning of October, the CWiT full committee gathered at ESB for a productive and energising meeting focused on advancing our mission to support women in technology.

Hosted with great hospitality by ESB’s team, the session was filled with forward-thinking discussions on upcoming initiatives, community-building strategies, and ways to foster greater inclusion across the tech industry. With passionate contributions from committee members, and insightful guidance from ESB, the meeting reinforced the power of collaboration in creating meaningful change.
